Whispering Sea: The sea where Arand is located. Very large.
Giant's Cradle: An enormous canyon that cuts Arand in two, separating the west and eastern sides. It runs from the southern most sea to the northern most mountain range, and is about thirty miles across, making bridges too risky. Often, people do not travel from one side to the other, due to the fact the canyon goes down about a three miles. Even though there are some paths and roads cut into the side, it's still quite a long and risky trip, since one still must traverse the several miles across and then repeat.
